Our Signature Experience
Where things get properly interesting. Dorset Blue Vinny, Dorset Red and Somerset brie meet Dorset chorizo, fennel salami and prosciutto — a board with enough character to hold its own as the centrepiece. Served with artisan sourdough, premium crackers, local Dorset honey and our signature chutney.
Best for: weddings, corporate events, and anyone hosting a crowd that expects a bit more than “nice.”

For the moments that deserve the full treatment. Dorset Blue Vinny, vintage cave-aged cheddar and Baron Bigod (Somerset goat’s cheese is available as an alternative), paired with Prosciutto di Parma, bresaola and black truffle salami. Served with artisan sourdough, premium crackers, local Dorset honey and our signature chutney.
